This huge stadium ( seating 72,500 ) was completed in 1999 on the site of the old Cardiff Arms Park in the city centre. All budding Wilkinsons and Beckhams will enjoy a tour of this striking landmark and even the less sporty members of the family can't fail to be impressed by the largest retractable roof in Europe! The pushchair-friendly tour includes a chance to run down the players tunnel and sit in the Royal Box. Tours start from the stadium shop, entrance 3 on Westgate Street and last 1 hour. Booking is advisable and do check availability on event days. Restaurants are only open on event days.
