EATING OUT BRISTOL

There is a lot to be said for not wanting to cook at home from time to time - no washing up, someone else will clean the floor/table/wall, you can all eat something different... However, eating out with small children is probably one of the areas where there is the potential for the greatest divide between your pre-kids experience and your with-kids one. Will you get through the meal without exhausting all the activities packed in your bag and little Jonny throwing a tantrum? Will you actually be able to say two words to your partner? Will the restaurant provide the things you want to make the experience easier, such as child size portions, highchairs, plastic glasses, a secluded area of the room... All the places recommended to us are done so as they are considered child-friendly. This means that they have a good attitude towards children and all the basic equipment to make your visit easier. But these things can change quickly and some parents will also need more things than others. If you need something specific, please phone in advance to check. And keep recommending great places to eat to us! NB - THIS PART OF THE SITE IS STILL BEING DEVELOPED AND WILL BE READY VERY SOON.
